Cenivoz affiliate program

Know car dealerships that need to hire faster? Introduce them to Cenivoz, the AI interviewer built for dealerships, and earn a referral fee for each one that becomes a customer.

How it works

Four steps, no cost to join

  1. Apply

Tell us who you work with and how you would introduce us. It takes a few minutes.

  2. Get approved

We review every application. If we go ahead, you get the affiliate agreement with your referral fee before you start.

  3. Introduce dealerships

Recommend us to the dealers and groups you know, and always say that you earn a referral fee.

  4. Earn

You earn the referral fee in your agreement for each dealership you introduce that becomes a paying customer.

Who it's for

People dealerships already trust

Consultants and trainers

Fixed ops, sales and BDC consultants, 20 groups and trainers who help dealers run their stores.

Technology partners

DMS, CRM, ATS and HR software providers and the people who implement them.

Recruiters and staffing

Automotive recruiters and staffing firms whose dealer clients hire all year.

Media and associations

Industry publications, podcasts, creators and dealer associations.

Referral fee

How referrals and payment work

What you earn. A referral fee for each dealership or dealer group you introduce that becomes a paying Cenivoz customer. The amount, when it is paid and for how long a referral counts are set out in your affiliate agreement, which you receive and sign before you start.

What counts as your referral. A dealership that is new to Cenivoz and that you introduce to us, by an email to hello@cenivoz.com or by being named when it books its demo, before it signs. If two people introduce the same dealership, the first introduction counts.

No cost, no quota. Joining is free, and there is no minimum number of referrals.

Taxes. Referral fees are income for you, and you are responsible for your own taxes. If you are in the United States, we ask for an IRS Form W-9 before the first payment and send you a Form 1099-NEC when what we pay you in a calendar year reaches the IRS reporting threshold. Outside the US, we ask for a Form W-8BEN (individuals) or W-8BEN-E (companies). We never ask for a Social Security or tax ID number through this website.

Disclosure

Always say you earn a referral fee

In the United States, the Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) require you to tell people when you could earn something from a recommendation, in a way that is hard to miss and easy to understand. Canada's Competition Bureau expects the same. So whenever you recommend Cenivoz:

  • Put it next to the recommendation, in the post, email, page or video itself. Not only in a bio, an "about" page or a line at the very end.
  • Use plain words, for example: "I earn a referral fee if your dealership signs up with Cenivoz." "Affiliate link" or a hashtag buried among others is not enough on its own.
  • On social media, say it at the start of the post or use the network's paid-partnership label. "#ad" at the start of a post works.
  • In videos, webinars and podcasts, say it out loud near the start, and show it on screen in videos.
  • Every time. Each post, email or video needs its own disclosure.
  • Give your honest opinion, and describe only what Cenivoz really does, as this website describes it.

The rules

What isn't allowed

  • No spam. Email only people who know you or asked to hear from you, and follow the CAN-SPAM Act: no misleading subject lines or sender details, your postal address in the email, and a working unsubscribe that you honor. In Canada, CASL requires the person's consent before you send commercial email.
  • No robocalls or mass texts. Don't call or text people with autodialers or prerecorded messages (the TCPA).
  • No fake or paid reviews. Never write, buy or ask for reviews or testimonials of Cenivoz, or post as a customer you are not. The FTC's rule on reviews and testimonials (16 CFR Part 465) forbids it.
  • No promises we don't make. Don't promise hires, results, savings or prices, and don't describe features Cenivoz doesn't have. Our team quotes pricing in a demo.
  • No screening people out. Never present Cenivoz as a way to filter applicants by age, race, sex, disability or any other protected characteristic. The dealership's own people make every hiring decision.
  • No ads on our name. Don't bid on "Cenivoz" or its misspellings in search ads, and don't use domain names, pages or profiles that look like ours.
  • Don't speak for us. Don't pose as Cenivoz or say you work for us.
  • No self-referrals. Your own dealership or employer doesn't count as a referral.

Breaking these rules can end your participation; the program terms explain how.

Questions

Affiliate program FAQ

Anyone who works with car dealerships in the United States or Canada and can introduce us to the people who hire: consultants, trainers, technology partners, recruiters, industry media and associations. We review every application.

No. Joining is free and there is no minimum number of referrals.

It is set out in your affiliate agreement, which you get when your application is approved and before you start.

In plain words, next to every recommendation: for example, "I earn a referral fee if your dealership signs up with Cenivoz." On social media use "#ad" at the start or the paid-partnership label, and in videos say it out loud.

Yes, but your own dealership or employer does not count as a referral.

You can promote us on your own website, newsletter and social profiles. Don't bid on our name in search ads, and don't use names, pages or profiles that look like ours.

In the United States, an IRS Form W-9 before the first payment; elsewhere, a Form W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E. These come after approval, never through the website.
