Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Cenivoz collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it. Information handled inside the Cenivoz product on behalf of a dealership (such as applicants and interviews) is also governed by that dealership's agreement with us and its own privacy notice; the commitments in "Your data is never used to train AI models" below apply to it too.

Your data is never used to train AI models

Your information, and your applicants' resumes, interview recordings, transcripts and scores, stay private to your dealership. Specifically:

• We don't train AI models on your data. Not ours, and not anyone else's. It is used only to run the interviews and show your team the results.
• Our AI providers don't either. The speech and language services behind the interviewer process data only to deliver each interview. We use their business APIs, whose terms don't allow training on it, and we opt out of every model-improvement program they offer (for example, Deepgram's).
• We don't sell or share it for advertising or any other purpose, and one dealership never sees another's applicants.

What we collect on this website

• When you request a demo: your name, work email, dealership, and anything else you choose to give us (phone, role, number of rooftops, country, notes), and your time zone.
• When you use the contact form: your name, email, company and message.
• When you use the chat: the messages you send and our assistant's replies, and the page you started from. If you type your email address, we note it so we can follow up.
• When you apply to the affiliate program: what you send in the application (see below).
• Technical information: your IP address, used to protect the forms and chat from abuse, and the cookies described below.

How we use it

• To arrange the demo you asked for, and to follow up about Cenivoz.
• To answer your questions.
• To keep the site secure and working, and, if you allow analytics cookies, to understand which pages are useful.

We don't sell your information.

Affiliate program applications

When you apply to the affiliate program, we keep what you send in the form (your name, email, phone, company, website, country, how you work with dealerships and how you would tell people about us), the date you agreed to the program terms, and your IP address to protect the form from abuse. We use it only to review your application and, if you join, to run the program and pay referral fees. We never ask for tax ID numbers through this website. Applications are kept while they're useful for the program, and deleted on request.

Cookies

When you first visit, we ask whether you accept all cookies or only essential ones. You can change your mind at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

• Essential (always on): a session cookie and a security token (cenivoz_session, XSRF-TOKEN) that protect the booking and contact forms, and cp_consent, which remembers your cookie choice for six months.
• Analytics (only if you accept): if we use Google Analytics, its cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are set only after you click "Accept all", to count visits and see which pages help. IP addresses are anonymized. If we use Microsoft Clarity, it also starts only after "Accept all": it sets its own cookies (_clck, _clsk) and records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling and movement on the page) so we can see where a page is confusing. What you type into forms is masked before it leaves your browser, and the chat is not recorded at all.
• No advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking.

The chat keeps your current conversation in your browser tab (session storage) so it survives moving between pages; it's cleared when you close the tab.

Who else processes it

We use a small number of service providers to run the site: hosting, email delivery, and an AI model provider that writes the chat assistant's replies from the messages you send in the chat. They process the information only to provide their service to us and, as above, not to train their models.

If you accept analytics cookies, the analytics services named under Cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) also receive information about how you use this website, and handle it under their own privacy terms. They never receive what you send us through the forms or the chat.

Where it's stored and for how long

Our systems run on servers in the United States. Demo bookings, messages and chat conversations are kept for as long as they're useful for following up with you, and deleted on request.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you, by writing to hello@cenivoz.com. Depending on where you live (for example California, or Canada under PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.
