Affiliate program terms
Last updated October 9, 2026.
These terms apply to the Cenivoz affiliate program ("the program"). You accept them when you apply. If you are approved, you also sign an affiliate agreement with your referral fee and payment details; where the two differ, the signed agreement wins. Questions: hello@cenivoz.com.
1. Joining
Anyone 18 or over who works with car dealerships may apply. We review every application and may accept or decline one without giving a reason. Applying is free and creates no obligation on either side until an affiliate agreement is signed.
2. Referrals
A referral is a dealership or dealer group that is new to Cenivoz and that you introduce to us before it signs: by an email to hello@cenivoz.com, or by being named when it books its demo. If more than one person introduces the same dealership, the first introduction counts. Your own dealership, your employer, or a business you own or control is not a referral.
3. Referral fees
You earn the referral fee set out in your agreement for each referral that becomes a paying customer. The agreement says how much it is, when it is paid, and for how long a referral counts. No fee is owed for a dealership that doesn't sign, doesn't pay, or was introduced in breach of these terms.
4. Taxes
You are responsible for the taxes on what you earn. In the United States we ask for an IRS Form W-9 before the first payment and send a Form 1099-NEC when payments in a calendar year reach the IRS reporting threshold. Outside the US we ask for a Form W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E. We never ask for a Social Security or tax ID number through our website.
5. Saying that you are an affiliate
Whenever you recommend Cenivoz, you must clearly say that you can earn a referral fee from it, as the Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) require. The disclosure must be easy to notice and to understand: next to the recommendation, in plain words, on every post, email, page or video, and spoken out loud in audio and video. On social media, use the network's paid-partnership label or put "#ad" at the start. Canadian affiliates follow the Competition Bureau's guidance in the same way.
6. What you agree not to do
- Send unsolicited commercial email, or email that breaks the CAN-SPAM Act; in Canada, send commercial email without the consent CASL requires.
- Call or text people with autodialers or prerecorded messages in breach of the TCPA.
- Write, buy or solicit reviews or testimonials of Cenivoz, or post as a customer you are not (the FTC's rule on consumer reviews and testimonials, 16 CFR Part 465).
- Promise hires, results, savings or prices, describe features Cenivoz doesn't have, or make any claim the website doesn't support.
- Present Cenivoz as a way to screen out applicants for a protected characteristic such as age, race, sex or disability.
- Bid on "Cenivoz" or its misspellings in search or social ads, or use domain names, pages, profiles or handles that look like ours.
- Pose as Cenivoz, say that you work for us, or make commitments on our behalf.
- Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, misleading redirects or any other trick to claim a referral.
7. Our name and logo
You may use the Cenivoz name and logo only to refer to us accurately, as they appear on this website, without changing them. Our materials stay ours, and you may stop using them at any time; you must stop when you leave the program.
8. Our relationship
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent or partner of Cenivoz, and you can't sign or promise anything for us. You decide how you work, within these terms.
9. Personal information
We use what you send in your application and while in the program only to run the program, as our privacy policy explains. If you share a dealership's contact details with us, make sure you are allowed to, and only share them for an introduction the dealership expects.
10. Ending participation
Either side may end your participation at any time by email. If you break these terms, we may end it immediately, and fees for referrals made in breach are not owed. When it ends, stop presenting yourself as an affiliate; fees already earned under your agreement for earlier referrals remain payable as that agreement says.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we will email active affiliates about changes that affect them. Fees already earned are not affected.
12. Liability
The program is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the referral fees owed to you under your agreement.
